During this years Annual Meeting that took place in the Pavilion, Board Member Mike McManus continued to refer to Love Suissevale as the “Hate Group”. Love Suissevale is dedicated to sharing important information with the membership including lots of information that has not, or will not be posted and shared on the Suissevale.com site. The Suissevale home owners that follow and contribute to the Love Suissevale cause is growing rapidly.

LoveSuissevale is the only forum, including the website and Facebook page, that provides for open discussion within the community. The new renters policy is now under consideration by the BOD, and that issue can be discussed by all within our forum.

We think it is relevant to note that Mr. McManus chaired the group that recently announced a potential policy that will not allow renters to use the beach on weekends, but this policy was discussed only within a sub-committee with limited membership. He also was heavily involved with drafting the policy that allows the BOD to revoke a members use of common property (beach rights) if they say or do something that the BOD does not find “acceptable”. Mr. McManus also continuously defends the policy of handing docks down generationally, which is not a fair policy for deeded common property, and has been rejected by many in this forum.

The members of Love Suissevale advocate for fair, transparent and “inclusive” management and policies that benefit all of the members.
