Did You Know? LS helped make $18,500 for Suissevale.

On September 29, 2019 Home Owner Jim Graham (and BOD Candidate) provided the Suissevale Board of Directors information and documentation about a deeded Ambrose Cove Boat Slip associated with a POASI owned property: Parcel ID: 000150 / 019 – Blacks Landing/Berndorf Street. Several email and phone conversations on the topic took place.

At the June 19, 2021 Business Meeting BOD member Mike McManus announced that they had come to an agreement with Ambrose Cove Marina management to accept $18,500 to remove the dock easement from the aforementioned lot.

We would like to thank Mr. Graham and Mr. McManus for their efforts in researching and bringing this item to a mutually beneficial conclusion.
