Member Letter to Suissevale Members

We have recently learned that the POASI BOD is denying Ginny Davis’ petition to run for the Suissevale BOD.

She received a registered letter from the Suissevale office stating that because of her Petition asking that a Court rule on the policy of allowing member access to the voter checklist (not how people voted but whether or not they voted), she is ineligible to run for the BOD. This means that the Board has decided to remove a member who was duly elected by the membership simply because she disagreed with them and went to the personal trouble and expense of finding out the proper legal answer.

Additionally, the BOD decided that a physical letter needed to be sent to ALL Suissevale members (at our expense) stating only their side of the situation. Setting the record straight, Ginny wrote a rebuttal letter to the BOD, asked that they post it on the Suissevale website but this was refused by the BOD. After being summarily removed from the BOD for no valid reason, the BOD is now denying her the right to run again.
